• Location: Greater Noida with frequent visits to Delhi office
  
• Reporting to: Manager Operations
  
• Probationary Period: 6 months
  
• Nature of Employment: Permanent
  
• No of working days: 6 per week 
  
• Relevant Work Experience: 1 to  2 year

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining records and  accounts of all income and expenditures of the center on daily basis
  
• To maintain the stock inventory registers of the various units , raw materials and finished products.
  
• To prepare and maintain files  for each staff (containing contract forms, personal details, appraisal, assessments, memos etc).
  
• Ensure compliance of office practices and procedures
  
• Timely submission of bills and expenditure statement to HO
  
• To coordinate with Head office and various departments
  
• Procuring raw materials for all departments.
  
• Attending fairs and exhibitions for the skill centre
  

Job responsibilities are not limited to the above, should be proactive ,able to think and act on own initiative.

Education :

• Education:  Minimum Bachelor's degree preferably commerce background, Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
  
• Owning a two wheeler and a clean driving licence will be an added advantage
  
• Salary will be based on qualification and experience.
