• Set operating and daily reporting procedures, KPIs and incentive structure for the sales and customer support teams
• Drive recruitment, on-boarding and training of tutors, contractors and employees.
• Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Regular reporting and management of tutors, contractors
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team

Skills Required:

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mentality. The high degree of comfort with MS Office tools
• Strong focus on setting and meeting targets
• Leadership skills, familiarity with reporting and process management
• Excellent communication (English and Hindi), listening and presentation skills
• Hustler attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast pace environment

Bonus Points:

• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA is a plus
• Experience with some CRM software tools is a plus
• Experience of working in operations at a startup
