Job Description
About the Internship:
The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship:
1.·Create seller training material, training timeline and standards
2. Conduct regular training sessions and measure progress
3. Initiate demo sales by sellers to ensure seller readiness
4. Regularly communicate with maintain relationship and establish trust
5. Complete end to end seller support for order management
6. Establish QC standards and conduct QC of products being uploaded by sellers7. Create Tracker and follow up daily on order
8. Create payments logic and follow up regularly on payments status of orders9. Follow up with logistics and payments partners as required

Experience: NA, speaks English fluently. Preferred technical background.

· Follows up on every detail and instruction
· Responsible and independent thinker who brings new light into difficult problems
· Ability to train sellers about technical aspects
. Creative bent of mind to create training material
· Certificate of work from founders
· Possibility of conversion into full contract depending upon performance
