Job Description
Job Title: Operations Executive Interns
The Selected Intern(s) will work on the following during the internship:
- Customer Management: Coordinating every booking with the hotel,addressing customer queries over different channels,collecting customer feedback,resolving any customer grievances,etc.
- Partner Hotel Management: Working with the Business Development team in getting the hotels live at the MiStay platform by generating/ reviewing the hotel profiles,giving extranet training to hotels,updating hotel inventory in extranet based on hotels’ requests,etc.
- Setting up processes: Designing and setting up scalable processes for every major activity to optimize for time and efforts.
- Support Services: Provide support in HR and administrative functions such as invoicing to hotels,team activity planning,procurement and other support services based on requirement.
Profile Description:

- are available for full time (in-office) internship
- are available for duration of 2 months (preferred, not mandatory)
- are from Bangalore
- are pursuing any degree but have relevant skills and interest
- have year of UG/PG degree completion as 2018
Skill(s) required: English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)
