Job Description
- We are looking for hustlers to get things done no matter what.
- Job requirements are dynamic based on the assigned team.
A regular day will include:
i. Process adherance
ii. Data entry
iii. Customer communication
iv. Fleet management (delivery executives / technicians)
v. Co-ordination with Customer Support to deliver excellent customer experience among other things.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must haves:
i. Desire to work at a high-paced environment
ii. Energy to work long hours in case of breakdowns
iii. Fluency in English
iv. Detail orientaion
v. Obsession to get things right Good to have:
i. Basic excel skills.
ii. Basic spoken Kannada & Hindi
