Job Designation: Operations Executive (Collection Department)

KrazyBee/Kreditbee Services Pvt Ltd is hiring for Operations Executive(Voice Process)

Job roles & responsibilities:

Negotiating payments while continuing to build a positive relationship with customers.
Performed telephone contact with customers according to guidelines and standards to ensure payment.
Managed collection efforts with a high level of persuasiveness and professionalism.
Maintained positive customer relationship and minimize bad debt exposure.
Evaluated accounts and recommended appropriate action throughout the collection cycle.
Documented all collection attempts accurately .taking conclusion, and attempt for the next time for the same client due amount.
Should be able to handle queries and escalation calls from customers

Qualification & Skills:

Candidates must have Good knowledge in MS Excel
Candidates should have good communication skill
12+ passed out/Any Graduate/Any Post Graduation/FRESHERS or 2 Years of experience in Voice/ BPO Process
Day Shift
Age Limit Candidates of age Below 30 Yrs are eligible
Location :- Bangalore
CTC offered (Freshers)- 17 K/Month ,For experienced -27K/Month
Languages Known:-English And Hindi (Must)
