Job Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Individual will act as the first point of contact for everyone in the ecosystem (Insurer, channel partner and Sales team).
Person will be responsible policy issuance, sharing quotations, handling channel escalations within predefined TAT.
Own post policy issuance process, including submission of documents, payment instrument etc.
Ensure that all internal systems are updated in a timely manner ensuring reconciliation.
Coordinate with a local insurer to ensure smooth running of business.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should be smart enough to learn & capture quickly the ecosystem & job responsibility.
Good written and communication skills.
Should know the all two languages: English, Hindi
Graduation in any discipline
