Job Description

We are looking for Operations Executive to join our Unit at Loyalie Kolkata.
Designation - Operations Executive / Senior Operations Executive
Experience - 0-3 Years of Relevant Experience in Back Office Operations preferably in a Real Estate Firm or in a customer service domain.
Salary - As per Industry Standards
The Operations Executive position is responsible for handling the Entire Back Office Operations, Post sales activities, Post Sales deliverables at Loyalie.

JOB DESCRIPTION-

To maintain the dashboards for our clients.
To co-ordinate with our developers / real estate firms.
MIS / Data Entry
Creating demo programs for sales teams.
Preparing Loyalty and Referral programs for our clients.
To handle Client Services like All the requirements After Sales or Post Sales.
To provide dashboard training for clients.
To maintain all the documents for the clients like contract signing and similarly.
Occasionally travel to existing client location for some co-ordination work, or participate in Engagement programs for their home buyers.
Inter departmental co-ordination like with Client Success Team, Business Development Team, Graphic Designing Team.

Requirements:

Bachelors / Masters (Preferred). Graduation / Post Graduation (Preferred). Stream - Accounts, Business Management, Sales & Marketing etc.
Previous experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint
Excellent typing speed.
Excellent written & Spoken English Communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Should be extremely organized.
Should be flexible, responsive and be able to work independently as well as in a team.
