Operations Executive Job in Retail Quotient at Mumbai

Designation: Executive- Operations

Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred however Freshers with the right attitude can also apply

Location : Andheri West, Mumbai

Work Timing: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm (6 Days working)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify & call shoppers that fit the clients’ specifications & assign them audits
• Explain audit guidelines to shoppers & ensure they know what they have to do for each project.
• Ensure that audits are completed as planned and within the clients’ specified timelines
• Call prospective shoppers & ensure they understand mystery shopping & join the team of 'Mystery Auditors'

Requirements:

• Candidate should be keen to take up a fast-tracked career & not just a job that will help him/her pass time till something else comes along.
• The candidate should be a keen learner and willing to put in hard work and passion in what he/she does.

Education: Any Graduate/ MBA Fresher

Salary Range : 12k-15k/month – can be higher depending on the aptitude of the candidate
