Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time, managing resources efficiently, and implementing improvements that increase productivity. This position offers a chance to work closely with multiple departments to improve overall business performance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Check and Verify stock, material required for work, and Site maintenance
2. Maintain Payment receipts & Check and verify GST invoices of all construction material purchased & Subcontractor Payments
3. Prepare files for Bank approvals and various Govt permissions for every construction
4. Communicate with Subcontractors, vendors & dealers for new purchases, etc.
