Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on daily service check for the installation of the solar pump
2. Work on the allocation of materials and BOS
3. Handle the estimation and costing of HT/LT projects
4. Handle complaints and providing solutions to clients
5. Coordinate with the higher management for daily updates
6. Handle admin and office work-related projects
7. Handle complaint calls and raising tickets and follow up until the complaint is solved or escalated
8. Coordinate with the project manager for day-to-day installing of the components
9. Prepare quotation and handle end-to-end project requirement
10. Coordinate with solar projects and electrical projects
11. Handle site surveys and inspection
