About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle daily calls to customers
2. Maintain customer verification data and brief new customers about our product through telephone, record feedback, and issues
3. Work closely with tech & sales team and communicate customer issues to team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems, and complaints
