Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage different CRM systems within the organization and for clients of the organization
2. Facilitate business operations in the CRM systems for external as well as internal consumers
3. Facilitate smooth onboarding, training & deployment of consumers on different CRM systems selling different products across B2C space
4. Participate in the construction of customer journey system in CRM, and continuously optimize the CRM system, process specifications, and relevant tools based on business needs
5. Develop testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers
6. Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities
7. Manage CRM related data flows and data mapping
8. Ensure that data entry, maintenance and cleaning are performed to the highest standards (both internally and externally)
9. Liaise with the digital team to manage and improve data capture strategies.
10. Provide a clear direction to front line manager and executives about CRM and PR activity SMS calls to e-mail
