Job Description

About the internship

We require energetic, willing-to-learn operational specialists to perform multiple tasks including market research, cold-call marketing, perform data analytics, data entry, etc.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
2. Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
3. Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions and present the final project during the internship
4. Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales
5. Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes
6. Learn and becomes proficient in backend software systems
7. Assist in creating performance reports
8. Maintain database by entering new and updated client & customer and account information
9. Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
10. Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
11. Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Other requirements

1. Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms

2. Ready to work in a flexible work schedule
