Operations Job in SVARA at Hyderabad

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and implement online shop business plans
2. Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store
3. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions
4. Communicate, execute, and manage e-marketing plans in cooperation with other team members
5. Manage all store operational issues, including store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
6. Manage speed of service results, control inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service
7. Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up

(To run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operations to boost site traffic and generate sales. The shop manager should work closely with members of the marketing team to execute e-marketing strategies.)
