eBasics Services Private Limited is a product-based software company founded in 2021, headquartered in Noida. eBasics is focusing on developing its own innovative Saas product named NationBasics. Our product will allow leaders and citizens to get connected with each other to build good governance. We are a team of young professionals and are ready to accept challenges.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in managing flow of paperwork
2. Manage inventory and purchases
3. Assist in adapting current operations systems to optimize efficiency
4. Set up and break down meeting facilities
5. Gather requirements from the clients and report back to the manager
6. Monitor reports and conduct analysis
7. Stay versatile and handy for all miscellaneous tasks
8. Maintain the day-to-day data & analyze patterns
9. Maintain accurate operations materials and documents for reference purposes
10. Set up meetings and work on follow-ups
11. Prepare the reports, dashboards, etc.
12. Update the data on the platform
13. Chase the suppliers for quotations
14. Review the client's portfolio sheet and prepare the document
