Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on the shortlisting, onboarding, and management of selected candidates
2. Work on daily cohort relationship management and performance review via WhatsApp
3. Work on building incentive structures, grievance redressal, and customer success management

1. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

5. Having some basic exposure to MS Office tools like Excel, Word, Power Point is desirable (not a deal-breaker)

6. Should be open to making outgoing calls to candidates

7. Can work from the office (the office is located in Sector 1, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka)
