Operations Jobs Opening in Sarvam Foundation at Delhi
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the founder, Chief Empowerment Officer, and the Shakti Project Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
2. Maintain and update the organizational database and records.
3. The bills and vouchers must be recorded regularly.
4. Supporting the organization's vision by promoting fundraising campaigns, research work, social media awareness, event facilitation, class supervision, etc.
5. Schedule meetings and appointments and stay updated with the upcoming events in our organization.
6. Handle social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. for social media marketing
7. Volunteer to teach Sarvam girls(Shaktis) basic Computers 5 days a week for 1 hour in the evening.
8. Supervise the work of all interns in all the departments including HR, Content Writing, and Social Media.
9. Facilitate the events and be actively involved in the team. You may be required to come early at the time of events that happen across Delhi and Delhi-NCR.
