Job Description
1. Work on voice (inbound and outbound) and chat support processes
2. Work on handling user escalations/managing escalation desks
3. Work on managing SLAs, TATs, etc.
4. Manage CRMs and workflow
5. Manage the data - preparing basic reports, tracking and reporting highlights/insights
6. Decide on the best medium to interact with customers, provide resolution (call, chat, email), and close the issue immediately

3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
