The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify challenges in the adoption of DSR (direct seeding of rice) and farmer perception of the incentive by the government
2. Understand agricultural risk management strategies for the farmers in Punjab
3. Maintain farmer awareness of regenerative agriculture practices
