Job Description
- Order Management - Manage end-to-end operations
(Zonal) to ensure all orders are executed without any escalations and delay.
- Build new processes and structures for the
Operations Team to improve customer experience and faster order execution.
- End-to-End Management of Customer Grievances/Escalations.
- Identify other potential partners to fuel revenue growth
- Establish and lead all operational processes including vendor
management, resource allocation & optimization.
- Setup the operations and marketing team from
the ground up by creating team structure and leading the hiring and training.
