Job Description
Job Description: Important Candidate must be from Delhi/NCR
Process Management :
- Help build and implement SOPs
- Manage workflow and day to day operations (experience in managing blue collared employees is a bonus)
- Ensure compliance in hub operations and logistics
- Execute plans for ensuring availability of adequate fleet and/or building the fleet and infrastructure to meet the supply demand
Vendor & Inventory Management :
- Managing end-to-end vendors Sourcing, commercial negotiations and performance
- Responsible for purchase
Marketplace Management :
- Supervise and manage all orders and deliveries pertaining to all marketplaces
- Co-ordinate with marketplaces for orders processing/issues/etc. to ensure a continuous work flow
Insight :
- Sound understanding of numbers and data
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues
Microsoft Excel : Should be familiar with Microsoft Excel (advanced knowledge is an advantage)
Communication : Should have excellent communication (written and verbal English) and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment
