Job Description
1. Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking
2. Implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding students and tutors, and minimizing churn
3. Overseeing the complete life cycle of the customer engagement
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints
5. Participating at key sales meetings
6. Developing and managing customer portfolios
7. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
8. Shortlisting parents for upselling to next course
9. Adding the parents to the upselling sheet for the Business development team
10. Taking ownership of the payment pipeline
11. Sending out reminders to the customers along with payment links

1. Must be social, analytical, and possess an aptitude for learning
2. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
3. Should be able to provide insights on customer-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer complaints and requests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
