Job Summary:
Operate dynamic balancing machines to balance rotors, shafts, and other rotating components to specified tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate balancing equipment.

Identify and correct imbalances using weights or material removal.

Record balancing results and maintain logs.

Ensure safety and equipment maintenance.
Job Summary:
Operate VPI machines for insulating windings in motors, transformers, or coils through resin impregnation under vacuum and pressure.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and monitor VPI cycles as per specifications.

Load/unload components in the chamber.
-
Ensure correct use of resin and curing processes.
-
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the machine.
Job Summary:
Operate lathe machines to perform turning, facing, threading, and other machining operations on metal components.
Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret technical drawings.

Set up lathe machines and select cutting tools.

Measure finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Perform routine maintenance on the lathe machine.
