Job Description
"1. At least 5 to 8 years of experience in supporting for Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) R12 on oracle SCM modules as a Technical Consultant
2. SQL script skill is highly required to daily operation support
3. Thorough understanding of the underlying Oracle E-Business Suite data model with its tables and database packages, especially GL/AR/AP/OM/Purchasing.
4. Experience of supporting interfaces between Oracle EBS and other applications.
5. Exhibits good communication, team work, self-motivated, customer focus and results-oriented
6. Experiences with report development, workflow development is a plus
7. Experiences with Oracle EBS extension and customization development life cycle
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9. Incident Issue Analysis. Attend High / Critical issues reported and resolve
10. User Connect for additional information required for offshore / nearshore
11. Coordinate with onsite for critical issues that needs ONsite support
12. RCA and PBI activities for all repetitive issues
13. Achieve and control the agreed SLA / KPI
14. Attend all the governance calls of customer
15. Work on all the agreed commitments of support like aging tickets
16. User connect for avoiding repetitive issues
17. Provide techno functional support for all issues 1
18. Perform development of RICE components as part of the Improvement plan" EBS APPS TECHNICAL SCM
