Job Description
• Respond & engage with customers in a personalized manner to demonstrate that the brand genuinely wants to help resolve issues and deliver a delightful experience.
• Promptly respond to both negative and positive comments & feedback within the best possible TAT
• Shift the brands online reputation and image by showcasing compliments received for prompt resolutions.
• Utilize social listening tools to identify key influencers on the category
• Escalate the complaints and queries to customers service team as per mandated ORM systems & processes
• Prepare and share reports plus activity logs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required.
• Sharing insights from on-going comments, conversations, complaints and feedback to help improve overall customer response and the brands online reputation
