Salary : 10,000 Freshers and 20,000 for Experienced Resource.

1. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

3. Attend Inbound calls, make outbound calls to generate leads.
4. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
5. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
6. Must be fluent in Kannada & Telugu
7. Any previous experience with a role of Tele caller or Tele sales or customer support is an added advantage
8. Evaluate customer's interests & strike a sale
9. Cold calling clients from database, check out their interest in products to get sales
