Job Summary:
An Outbound Calling Tele caller is responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, generate leads, provide information, collect feedback, or secure appointments. The role involves effective communication, persuasive ability, and consistent follow-up to achieve daily and monthly targets. Outbound calling tele caller play a vital role in enhancing customer outreach, driving sales conversions, and maintaining client relationships over the phone.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent speaking skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work under performance pressure in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make daily outbound calls to leads, prospective clients, or existing customers using the assigned database or CRM system.

Initiate calls to promote products, services, surveys, or event registrations depending on the campaign requirements.

Ensure call quality, politeness, and professionalism in all conversations.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify interested customers through conversation and qualify them as warm or hot leads.

Ask qualifying questions to assess needs and preferences, and enter information into CRM or data sheets.

Forward hot leads to the sales or counseling team for further follow-up.
3. Customer Engagement and Persuasion:

Explain the features, benefits, offers, or services in a clear and compelling manner.

Handle objections and convince potential customers to show interest or make a purchase.

Maintain good rapport with customers to increase the chances of conversion and referrals.
4. Data Entry and Record Maintenance:

Accurately record call details, customer feedback, interests, and follow-up needs.

Update CRM or call logs after every interaction, including outcomes and next steps.

Maintain confidentiality of customer data and comply with data privacy policies.
5. Follow-Up and Call-Backs:

Call back interested customers at scheduled times and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.

6. Target Achievement:

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and conversion targets set by the management.

7. Campaign Feedback and Reporting:
