Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon. The Outbound Travel Executive will be responsible for managing and organizing and arranging travel and accommodation for clients for outbound International travel. They will provide guidance and advice on the best travel options and packages available. They will be the primary point of contact for clients and will work closely with the sales team to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Planning and selling transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
- Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
- Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
- SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF MAKING EUROPE DESTINATIONS PACKAGES.
- KNOWLEDGE OF EUROPE PACKAGES.
