Designation: Outreach Volunteering
About part time job/internship
The outreach volunteer will work directly with the outreach coordinator.
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Fieldwork and visiting community groups, schools, grounds, doctor clinics, colleges, cafes, and residents of specific areas
2. Working with the outreach coordinator to understand and execute the vision and logistics for each project
3. Conducting consistent follow-ups with community members post visits
4. Documenting the visits, and collating all documents required for visits, pitches, and projects
5. Coming up with outreach ideas and suggestions for both outreach projects ( All for One and One for All') for better community engagement
Other responsibilities:
1. Take meeting minutes for team meetings as requested
2. Attending workshops and training as and when required
Skills:
1. Multilingual would be ideal
2. Comfortable using smartphones
3. Must have professional conduct and an open personality
