Job Description
A picker and packer is a vital warehouse professional responsible for fulfilling customer orders. They locate items from inventory (picking) and prepare them for safe shipment (packing). Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Review picking lists or use barcode scanners to accurately locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves.
Quality Assurance: Inspect items for defects, damage, or missing parts before preparing them for transit.
Packing: Select appropriate boxes, padding, and packing materials to protect goods, then seal and weigh the packages.
Labeling: Print and attach accurate shipping labels to ensure packages reach the correct destinations.

Requirements & Skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (often 20–50 lbs) for long shifts.
