Job Description
Job Summary:
We are hiring hardworking and reliable individuals for the position of Packing Executive in Rohini Sector 5. The primary role of the Packing Executive is to pick, pack, and prepare online orders for shipment to customers from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other e-commerce websites. This is a physical and active job that requires attention to detail, speed, and commitment to quality.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized packing station, following packaging standards as per platform guidelines, and ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Picking & Sorting

Pick items for each order from the inventory shelves or bins as per the pick list.

Ensure correct quantity and product variant (size, color, model, etc.) is selected.

Match the items with the order details before packing.
2. Product Packing
-
Neatly and securely pack each item in the appropriate packaging material (boxes, bags, bubble wrap, etc.).

Label the parcels correctly with shipping labels provided by the platform (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

Use barcodes and scanners (if needed) to track items in the system.

Pack fragile or expensive items with extra care to avoid damage during transit.
3. Order Dispatch Preparation

Organize packed orders according to the courier or delivery partner.

Handover parcels to the logistics or delivery team on time.

Maintain daily dispatch logs or records of completed orders.
4. Inventory Support

Report any stock shortage, damage, or mismatch to the supervisor immediately.

Assist in daily or weekly stock counting activities.

Help with stock arrangement and re-stocking shelves when required.
5. Workplace Cleanliness & Safety

Keep the packing area clean, dust-free, and clutter-free.

Follow safety rules and hygiene practices, especially when handling food or cosmetic items.

Avoid wastage of packaging materials and ensure eco-friendly packing when possible.
