Job Description

We are hiring female staff for e-commerce product packing. Responsibilities include careful packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation. Salary will increase by 5% every month. For any queries, please contact us.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Packing

Pack e-commerce products carefully to prevent damage during transit.
Use appropriate packaging materials such as bubble wrap, boxes, sealing tapes, and protective fillers.
Follow product-specific packing instructions for fragile, heavy, or special items.

2. Labeling & Tagging

Affix correct labels, barcodes, and shipping details on packages.
Double-check order IDs and customer addresses before labeling.
Ensure labels are clear, accurate, and securely attached.

3. Dispatch Preparation

Arrange packed items in the dispatch area according to courier schedules.
Coordinate with the logistics team for timely handover to delivery partners.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing and dispatch zone.

4. Quality & Accuracy

Inspect products for defects, damage, or missing parts before packing.
Match items with order lists to ensure accuracy.
Report any stock shortages or product damages to the supervisor.

5. Record-Keeping

Update packing logs or order checklists.
Keep count of packing materials and request replenishment when needed.
