Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented Packing Worker to join our team. This position involves preparing products for shipment or delivery by securely packing items according to company standards. Packing staff play a critical role in ensuring that goods are safely transported, organized, and labeled for both domestic and international clients.
Whether working in a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or export company, the Packing Worker is responsible for handling various products with care, accuracy, and speed. This position is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Overseas placements may offer additional allowances and benefits for relocation.
Key Responsibilities:

Product Handling & Preparation:

Collect, sort, and inspect products before packing to ensure they are undamaged and meet quality standards.

Wrap items securely using packing materials such as bubble wrap, foam, paper, and cardboard.

Select appropriate packing containers, boxes, or crates based on product size, type, and destination.

Packing and Labeling:

Properly place items into containers and seal them securely to prevent movement or damage during transit.

Label each package clearly with shipping information, product codes, and handling instructions (e.g., fragile, flammable, etc.).

Follow specific packing instructions for different products (e.g., electronics, food items, clothing, tools, etc.).

Inventory and Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of packed items, batch numbers, weights, and quantities.

Use barcodes or scanners where required to register packed goods in inventory systems.

Report any packing discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.

Warehouse Support:

Assist in loading and unloading goods as part of the shipping or receiving process.

Organize packing materials and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Replenish packing supplies when needed and inform supervisors of shortages.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective gear (e.g., gloves, back supports, etc.) as required.

Comply with company policies regarding hygiene, equipment handling, and international shipping regulations.

Work according to health and safety regulations and immediately report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
