Job Description
- Specialized typesetting skills are the key to the
role
- Paginating books / journals using various tools and
functions built within InDesign-based typesetting
- Responsible for end-to-end page composition in
XML-based workflow from simple to complex level books / journals
- Should be able to handle complex articles, issues,
heavy edits with minimal supervision
- Prioritize jobs based on the SLA and complete all the
allocated tasks on time
- Understand layout specifications and instructions very
clearly and carry those in the jobs allocated and ensure the highest quality at
all times
- Be a Quality Controller for their own jobs and ensure
ZERO PAGINATION ERRORS to avoid rework / reprocessing
