.Maintenance of paint ABB Rbots IRB5400 & IRB5500 and its related paint quality issues solved and analysis..ABB Robot controller IRC5P part of MIB,PIB,TDB, Main and Axis Computer,MCOB Knowledge.
.ABB Robot Atomizer repairing and troubleshooting Knowledge.
.ABB Robot Program creating and editing Knowledge.
.Responsible for independently shift handling.
.Analysis up B/D & take the corrective action.
.Responsible for work as per schedule on PM.
.To create Sunday work plan.
.Monitoring on PTCED line and RODM plant.
.Maintenance of PLC based Power & free conveyor system.
.Maintenance of Webb lift, PRB, Shuttle, Turntable ,Elevator.
.Maintenance of ED system of Anode cell, UF system membrane.
.Maintenance of PMR system.
.Maintenance of Booth system of ASU, Exhaust blower, Oven Gas Burners, KSB pumps.
.Maintenance of TSC conveyors.
.To maintain Paint parameter in robotic and manual paint system.
.To maintain daily WIP records.
.To maintain in paint mixing room parameter.
.To maintain spray booth parameter ( Air velocity, Temperature, Humidity and Lux value )
.Defect control at final inspection, target customer claim zero.
.Monitor & address absenteesm issues Kaizen, Suggestion and training.
.Maintaining the paint circulation system for 30 paints line.
.Responsible for work as per schedule on preventive maintenance.
.Responsible to conduct the work by external agencies.
.Maintaining the spare parts.
