Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and security-driven PAM Administrator to manage and support privileged access management solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will support PAM operations, coordinate with internal teams for secure access provisioning, and contribute to audit and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support PAM solutions (such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea).
Onboard privileged accounts and manage vault policies, access controls, and password rotation.
Monitor privileged session activities and generate audit/compliance reports.
Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and security teams for privileged access needs.
Assist in remediation of audit findings and vulnerability assessments related to privileged access.
Support integration of PAM tools with SIEM, Active Directory, and ITSM platforms (like ServiceNow).
Participate in 24/7 support rotations and incident handling for PAM-related issues.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of IAM/PAM concepts and tools (e.g., vaulting, session recording, RBAC).
Strong experience with Windows/Linux user administration and AD.
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and reporting tools like Excel/Jira.
Understanding of IT security policies, change management, and compliance practices.
Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP or ITIL Certification (Preferred)
Awareness of ISO 27001 or NIST frameworks
Experience or certification in any PAM solution (CyberArk/Thycotic/BeyondTrust) is a plus
Cloud exposure (AWS IAM basics) and scripting (PowerShell/Python) is a bonus
