Job Description

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand loyalty and rewards requirements and identify segments for partnerships/alliances to expand Reward360 rewards club offering
2. Identify prominent and trending brands in a category and pitch our partnership to integrate them into the Reward360 rewards partner network
3. Negotiate commercials and get the agreements executed for partnerships and alliances
4. Maintain partner relationships across various categories
5. Seek and provide feedback to partners
6. Continuously evaluate the products from different brands in the partner network to make the required changes
7. Evaluate and add partners/alliances outside India to enable cross-border commerce
8. Manage internal and external stakeholders to run the business efficiently
9. Work on being informed of the loyalty and rewards industry landscape, competitions/competitors, and client requirements at various levels
10. Record and monitor KPIs and make required improvements
