Designation - PCG Equity Advisor
Location - Bangalore
Job Nature - Will be responsible to provide investment services and manage them to HNI/UHNI Clients and develop business through them
Criteria
- Graduate / Post Graduate Preferred
- Experience in handling in HNI/UHNI clients
- NISM 8 /Currency Certification mandatory
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
-
Identify and acquire high-value clients for PCG services through networking, referrals, and business development activities.

Understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

Develop long-term relationships by offering consistent, transparent, and high-quality advisory services.

Conduct regular review meetings with clients to update them on portfolio performance and market trends.
2. Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management
-
Provide expert recommendations on equity investments, stock trading strategies, and portfolio diversification.

Create and maintain customized equity portfolios based on individual client requirements.

Monitor client portfolios on an ongoing basis, rebalance as required, and provide timely advice to capitalize on market opportunities.

Suggest structured equity products, mutual funds, and other investment options to complement the client’s portfolio.
3. Research & Market Analysis

Stay updated on market movements, economic news, sector trends, and company performance.

Collaborate with the in-house research team to prepare and present investment ideas.

Conduct fundamental and technical analysis of equities to identify buy/sell opportunities.

Share daily, weekly, and monthly market reports with clients, highlighting important market events.
4. Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure all investment advice is in compliance with SEBI regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Maintain proper documentation of client interactions, risk assessment forms, and investment recommendations.

Follow KYC and AML guidelines strictly.
5. Sales & Revenue Generation
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through brokerage, advisory fees, and cross-selling of financial products.

Actively promote value-added services such as research reports, investment webinars, and portfolio review sessions.

Upsell and cross-sell products like PMS (Portfolio Management Services), structured products, and insurance as per client needs.
6. Client Education & Engagement

Organize seminars, webinars, and client events to educate clients on equity investing and wealth creation strategies.

Share insights on market trends, sectoral opportunities, and investment risks in a simple, client-friendly manner.
