Job Description
We are hiring a Performance & Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote Full-Time) to drive patient acquisition through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Responsibilities include keyword research, ad creative development, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization for CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS. You will architect funnels using GoHighLevel—creating landing pages, booking flows, and automated SMS/email/voicemail sequences to maximize conversions. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in Meta/Google Ads, proven funnel-building success, expertise in GoHighLevel automation, analytics (GA, GTM, Meta Ads Manager), strong copywriting, and CRO knowledge. Preference given to those with healthcare marketing, HIPAA compliance, SEO, retargeting, and omnichannel strategies experience. Immediate joiners preferred.
