Job Description
Servicing & supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the
Managing Director
Must be responsible for travel along with Managing director if needed
• Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be
proficient in English and Tamil.
• Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PPT), with an ability to
become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
• Calendar management / appointments
• Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, making minutes,
circulation and follow up actions
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails,
interfacing with clients and Government Departments.
• Coordinating with multiple departments, Projects, Secretarial and Finance.
• Should be very well versed with usage of digital technologies & software on both
