Personal Assistant /Administrative Assistant recruitment in Indian Institute of Foreign Trade on contractual basis
AssistantPersonal Assistant/ (One Post)
Qualification : The candidate must have a Graduate Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science with atleast 50% marks. Post graduation is desirable. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) as well as minimum 3 years experience of working as an Assistant in Government/Autonomous/ Statutory Body shall be desirable. Having good knowledge of stenography and typing skills and proficiency in handling computers. Fixing appointments, screening telephone callsNisitors, arranging meetings, collecting information, handling correspondence. The applicant must have sound knowledge of computer applications.
Administrative Assistant/ (Seven Posts)
Qualification : The candidates must have a Graduate Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science with atleast 50% marks. Candidates having Post graduation qualification shall be desirable. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) as well as minimum 3 years experience of working as an Assistant in Government/Autonomous/ Statutory Body shall be desirable. The applicant must have day to day working functioning of Office and knowledge of computer application and packages. The candidate should posses sound knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR-2017) applicable in Government/Autonomous institutions, purchase procedures, GeM, etc.
Finance Assistant/ (Two Post)
Qualification : The candidate must have a Graduate Degree in Commerce with atleast 50% marks. Post graduation is desirable. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) as well as minimum 3 years experience of working in Government/Autonomous/ Statutory Body shall be desirable. The applicant should be fully conversant with preparation of Pay Bills, TA Bill, Medical reimbursement, LTC, processing of bills, income tax calculations and elated work etc. The applicant must have sound knowledge of computer application and packages - MS Word, Excel, Power Point including working knowledge of Tally and other Finance packages.
Establishment Assistant /(One Post)
Qualification : The candidate must have a Graduate Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science with atleast 50% marks. Post graduation is desirable. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) as well as minimum 3 years experience of working in Government/Autonomous/ Statutory Body shall be desirable. The applicant should have knowledge of service related matters such as Rules of Leaves, Pay, LTC, preparation of various Office orders, Recruitment process, adoption of various Financial and Administrative orders issued by the DoPT from time to time, Preparation of reports, disposal of miscellaneous receipts and related work etc. The applicant must have sound knowledge of computer application and packages - MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Emoluments: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000
