  • Role : Secretary/PA
  • Must have Excellent Communication Skills (written & Verbal) 
  • Excellent typing Speed. Good command on using internet
  • Excellent MS office and Email. Candidate those who have excellent command over English (written & Verbal),should apply only.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, prepare communication response, maintaining database etc.
  • Maintain and update daily calendar/schedules
  • Assimilation of data from multiple sources and preparation of reports.
  • Coordination within client.
  • Analytics and problem solving
  • Decision making skills, negotiation and high level of integrity
  • Drafting letters
  • Out of office visits/follow ups.
  • Coordination of work assigned by senior authority.
  • Respond to email and telephone calls.
  • Make appointments for official meetings.
  • Maintain files for the client meetings.
  • Job Location- Chennai
