Job Description
Innovative Treasures Foundation (ITF) is a start-up Development Organization working with Grass-root level NGOs and CSOs; National level Organizations; International Level Organizations, CSR Partners, Institutions and Foundations. The aim of ITF is to address the development needs of community members/beneficiaries through the network of organizations by improving their capacity on areas that can bring value addition and sustainable impact of their projects and programs.
ITF is looking for a Female Candidate for its Managing
Director.
The desired candidate is expected to support the Managing Director in the day to day affairs and is envisaged to have the following skills / competencies
· Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
· Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
· Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
· Support in Organising events and conferences
· Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
· Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
· Miscellaneous tasks to support the Managing Director
· Willing to visit and travel Project Locations in India and Abroad
