Job Description
Role and responsibilities :
- The personal learning manager is responsible for guiding a learner throughout the learning journey.
- would help the learner complete his/her learning goals, by guiding him/her through the course curriculum and getting all the necessary learning helps,
- Ensuring that the learner attends all the classes, find out gaps in learning behavior, ensures that the learner is engaged, address the complains and drive customer satisfaction.
- must be technically able to understand a learner's queries, even though she isn’t directly responsible to solve them.
- must poses outstanding written and verbal communication skill with great command over meaningful articulation.
- Qualification: Any Bachelors or Masters degree
