Role and responsibilities :

The personal learning manager is responsible for guiding a learner throughout the learning journey.
would help the learner complete his/her learning goals, by guiding him/her through the course curriculum and getting all the necessary learning helps,
Ensuring that the learner attends all the classes, find out gaps in learning behavior, ensures that the learner is engaged, address the complains and drive customer satisfaction.
must be technically able to understand a learner's queries, even though she isn’t directly responsible to solve them.
must poses outstanding written and verbal communication skill with great command over meaningful articulation.
Qualification: Any Bachelors or Masters degree
