Ruloans Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Sales Division and inviting high-performing talent to join our dynamic growth journey as Banking Sales 
Executive.  Location: Rajendra Place, Delhi
Products: Personal Loan | Business Loan Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 
Interview Window: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) 
Role Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound tele sales for Personal & Business Loan portfolios.
  • Manage lead generation, product pitching, customer engagement, and sales closure.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • For leadership roles: guide teams, monitor performance metrics, and deliver sales productivity.
Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Prior experience in loans/financial services is preferred; freshers may apply for entry-level roles.
  • Strong customer-focus with a target-oriented approach.
  • Team management experience required for TL/Manager/Sr. Manager roles.
