OR Four years’ integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of cor responding University/institution’s norms) in the concerned subjects/combination of subjects and as well as in aggregate.

C. Special Educator (Group B Post)

Qualifications : (i) Three years Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms) from a recognized University. (ii) B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. with two years Diploma in Special education from a recognized University OR Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education from a recognized University OR Any other equivalent qualification approved by Rehabilitation Council of India. (iii) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Paper II), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. (iv) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.

Desirable : (i) Those having the qualification of Special B.Ed. (Learning Disability) and adequate experience to handle differently-abled students, particularly students with Learning Disability will be preferred. (ii) Proficiency in teaching in Hindi medium.

Qualifications :  (i) Senior Secondary School Certificate with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/institution’s norms). OR Intermediate or its equivalent with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (obtained by conversion to percentage in accordance with the method of conversion of corresponding University/ institution’s norms). Candidates with commerce at 10 + 2 stage/Intermediate are not eligible. (ii) Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) (Paper I) conducted by the CBSE in accordance with the guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. (iii) English as a subject in class XII is mandatory. (iv) Proficiency in teaching in English medium.

Desirable : Proficiency in teaching in Hindi medium.
