Army Public School Mamun requires the following staff against existing/ anticipated vacancies on adhoc basis,

PGTs (Maths, Physical Education, English & Fine Arts)

Qualification : Master's Degree in the subject with B.Ed with 50% marks in each.

TGTs (Maths, Physics, Bio, English, Sanskrit, History & Geography), Primary Teachers & Assistant Teachers

Qualification : Graduate in the subject with B.Ed with 50% marks in each.

Chowkidar & Safaikaramchari

Qualification : Preferably matriculate or 10 years service (for Ex-serviceman)

Age Limit : Fresh candidates below the age of 40 years as on 01 April 2019 and experienced candidates (minimum 5 years of teaching experience in the last ten years) below the age of 57 years (including Ex-servicemen) can apply.

Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), Adjutant General's Branch, Army Headquarters is augmenting Educational Technical and Vocational Training Facilities at Military Stations to meet the need of children of Army personnel including Ex-servicemen. This is being done through the medium of chain of Army Schools and Technica V Vocational Training Institutes. One such Army School came into existence at Mamun Military Station on 01 August 1991 with classes 1 and 2 having total strength of 35 children. Army Public School MAMUN started functioning with three teachers and one messenger initially. Army Public School MAMUN functioned in Bungal pocket of the Military Station Mamun for one year and later shifted to its present location on 01 August 1992 and finally shifted to its permanent abode present location in october 2007.
