Job Description
Veeva Vault Consultant with ~4 years of IT experience, including 3.5 years in the Life Sciences domain. Expertise in system administration, configuration, and support of Veeva Vault applications. Skilled in collaborating with teams and vendors to deliver tailored solutions. Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Implemented and supported integration between Veeva Vault and external platforms to ensure secure data flow. Leveraged Veeva Vault APIs to support system processes and manage data operations. Executed configuration changes, including updates to permission sets, lifecycles, and workflows as part of DevOps releases. Working knowledge of Veeva Vault SDKs and their usage. Managed user access and bulk role provisioning for 400+ users during major releases, implementing 400,000+ role setup changes to ensure accurate access control aligned with security and regulatory requirements. Developed a simplified DAC workbook for Veeva Vault RIM, reducing access review time by 30% and supporting accurate role assignments across releases. Conducted impact assessments for Veeva Vault RIM in alignment with Veeva's general release updates to ensure application stability, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Supported Veeva Vault major releases by managing data loads and resolving pre- and post-release remediation issues to maintain system stability. Provided application support for Veeva Vault Clinical modules, including user access management, issue troubleshooting and user support to ensure system reliability.
