Job Description
Designation: PHARMACIST / INSURANCE AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Qualification : B. Pharmacy & M. Pharmacy (Telananga state registered PCI must)
Experience : 2-5 above
Must have Knowledge of managing Hospital departments like ICUs, OPDs, IPDs and Pharmacy units
Will have to interface between Hospital Pharmacy and other Hospital units and Interact with Doctors, Consultants, Nursing in charges Regularly
1. Facilitate Hospital units in respect of queries & document compliance and resolve issues.
2. Coordinate with each unit for collect documents/information / information.
3. Regular follow-up with TPAs & Insurance companies for speedy settlement.
4. Updating information from insurance companies / corporate for smooth functioning.
5.Queries raised by TPA / Corporate should be prompt to reply for prior approval.
6. Executing the job assigned and areas allocated for effective marketing of the hospital services, facilities and modern technology
7. Stabilize good Relationship with Consultants, Doctors, Hospitals, Clinics, nursing homes and Diagnostic centers.
8. Promote the hospital through advertisements, brochures, group meetings, CME Programs, Health camps etc. in the corporate and other territories.
9. Make arrangement for hospital visits to the consultants, Doctors and other health related professionals.
10. Keep update with Market information
11. Act as a communication channel between Doctors and hospital.
12. Reporting and daily updates to the manager and HOD.
